Today’s pose: Child’s Pose with Crown Mudra--Begin in child's pose with arms extended in front of you. Slowly bring your hands together and form a circle/crown with your fingers. Place your crown on your head and hold it there, with your elbows resting on the mat.

Today’s pose: Star Pose with World Mudra--From Mountain Pose, jump your feet out like a star bursting into the night sky. Join the tips of your fingers together, making your hands look like you are holding the world inside, knowing that God has the whole world in His hands.

Today’s pose: Happy Baby Pose--Lay on your back. Hug your knees to your chest. Wrap your first two fingers around your big toes, or grab the outsides of your feet. Pull your feet back so your knees come toward your armpits and try to stack your heels over your knees. You can rock side to side, too!

Today’s pose: Crescent Lunge with Heart Mudra--Take one giant step with one foot. Pressing down with the toes of your back foot, form an “L” shape with your front leg. Keeping your back nice and long, let's bring our hands to our heart, and actually create the heart shape with our hands and fingers. Take a few deep inhales and exhales here before repeating on the opposite side.

Today’s pose: Canoe Pose--Sit on your bottom. Float your arms by your sides. Lean back and stretch out your legs, like you are a long canoe. Imagine Namaan dipping into the water. Come in and out of your canoe pose seven times, the number of times Namaan washed in the dirty river.

Today’s pose: Warrior 1 Pose--Stand in Mountain Pose and extend one leg back and the other leg forward. Bend the front the knee over your ankle and keep the back leg super strong like a warrior leader. Lift your arms towards heaven, knowing God wins all battles, even the ones we can't see.
